You cant trade a guy you just signed in FA per the rules:
"No trading of FAs signed the same year, as per the in-game restrictions. The only exception to in-game restrictions is drafted rookies."

identifing? Is it the same as the item flags?

A trade so far for the 3DS... made payment on the 22nd, and followed up for a tracking number on the 26th, but have heard nothing since the initial conversation. Great start to my NZGamer trades
