When i log in and download updates and click "play" nothing happen. I reinstaled the game but it's the same.

You need to download all from luncher and will be work.

be sure to disable your UAC
from Russia can play this game on your server? I can not register writes only one account on the PC. What should I do I want to play this game.

Download the Game from Launcher i got the same error on my begin of the game! Launcher download fixd it!
