Hey,
the DM-Server's are full of barricades and a delay for them would maybe stop the spam of them.
So like you can place 5 with normal delay and then you have to wait 30 secs to place the next one.

Thats an bad idea, because of campers and deathmatch no random spawn you will get killed to easily..
Maybe 10 barricades no delay and then wait for 10 seconds would be an option.
