So I never actually played the game and I tried to create an account and it says can only create one acc per pc an im the only one in my household that uses my computer and I tried to reset password cause I thought I forgot it but it says there is no survivalmmo account with that email and I only use one email please help me.

Did u tried all your emails? Most of the time ppl using trash email
