OK guys been seeing a lot of ppl in shoutbox with this issue (myself being one of them) so I thought I'd try to help
ok before you start posting in shoutbox there are a few things you should check first.
FIRST THING IS IF YOU WANT TO PAY WITH PAYPAL YOU NEED TO TURN OFF G2A SHIELD
one check and see if the payment was taken from paypal or whatever it is you used.. My paypal say pending for about 30min and then it worked while I was talking to support.
contact G2A support.. it is a 24/7 live chat so they can help you no matter what time it is.
Once you login you will be asked to wait (for this time you can play a game.. but let the angry build)
you will need your transaction ID and Invoice ID when talking to them.
this can go 1 of 2 ways.
1. They will fix the issues and you get you GC (all happy and playing again)
2. They refund your money and you have to wait up to 28 days to get your money back ( angry.. rage.. and cold murder)
If you get the second option tell them you will follow it up with paypal/bank whatever as you didn't get your order and the 28 day time period is unacceptable.. Remember you are the customer and paypal/bank will help you they can make them do it within days.
