Dear all,

 

My son, who is registered there as "Maxou50" and playing your game as "Maxou", "Maxouille", "Sans nom", "Jean mouloude", "Abdou le marabou" (yes, I know, this are "silly" nicknames, but ...) is telling that he has been permanently banned.

Of course, he is not really happy with that point.

But at least, I would be glad to know why.

The reason is: he is playing on one of my computers; which implies that he is not allowed to install anything on this own. Therefore, no cheat, no virus, no strange software installed there. I always keep an eye on my machines and hardly allow new things to run.

So, why is he banned ?

 

I'm a programmer myself, so logical and pragmatic, and I hope I'll meet someone there with the same approach that could give me a tangile explanation.

 

No worry, anyway, he'll be glad to play to your game as soon as this problem is solved ...

('cos I really do believe that this is only an error)

I hope something will take care of my request, else my son won't stop asking me every hour .. which is quite boring me !

Hi all,

It seems it was really an error, an "accident", whatever. Great, my son is playing again now ;-)

Thanks for those who solved the problem.

(and if ever somebody is wondering why it is me who posted and not him: the reason is that I think that in case of problem it is better to try to talk quietly and explain the things correctly, not only shout and complain about the fact of being banned)
