some time ago (well in update 219) it was mentioned about a awesome purple haze skin for Alice rucks..
like this...
Could this please be added to the game, I think ruck skins are amazing and that loads of new ruck skins should be created for all types of backpack..

+1 this is a pretty cool Idea,
but I dont know if all the players would use that. Like it is now, the Custom Haze skin is also nearby never used :/

when sg will finaly get my idea to change skin system to make skinned stuff actualy DROP WITH SKINS.
then you will see more people running with it ( i hope so lel )

we can not add atm new backpacks/skins cuz there is no slots left :/ we need to get first new backpack slots.

Thank you for the feedback, instead of exchanging say the teddy ruck for a skinned purple haze alice as KurinShiku says additional backpack slots would be required to open up the capabilities to add more and more.... which would be awesome!
Personally I think that skinned rucks would be more popular than skinned guns/armour/helmets and as for skins not getting used like the purple haze custom.. I think that since the updated system enabling us to skin multiple items at once that people are actually using them!
