I want to ask u how can i change the max.60 FPS to unlimited FPS.

and put that file simply into the folder where smmo is instaled by you

Try Karti's way and let the file to read only & see if it works if not try this http://sg-servers.ne...nlock-your-fps/ and set the 2 files to read only.
