Im gettin some FPS drops in campos also. From stable 90 fps to 2-6 for few seconds which Is a bit annoying and I think its not my pc's fault since its pretty decent and runs other games without troubles.

I have seen those happen in survivalmmo itself to, the thing is the game runs at 30-35% cpu usage, but than drops suddenly to 5% cpu usage for no fucking reason. I myself don't know how to find out the reasoning but it has do to something with the game if theres multiple complaints on the issue dropping to lower fps. as i've 120 fps in the pvp map than it drops to 30 for no reason and while i see that happens i see my cpu usage drop to 5% of smmo

what are you graphics setting you are running? And what is you graphics card?
also where do you live, is it internet based and what else is running on your computer at the same time, is there something using your internet at the same time?
and yes also it could be your PC but this game isn't that full on.
