No offense but at this point I think it's fair to asume that this game is dead ... dead as in dead dead and won't be coming back.
As much as I'd love it to come back the devs have moved on and we can't force them to dig this like what 8 years old game back up from the kilometer high pile of dust it has accumulated.
It's not worth the effort running a WarZ emulator these days the community always was small but now it's almost non existent.
You either play NewZ feed scammer boy sergey titov and buy his abomination project or move on yourself.
I love this game, I always have and always will, but I'm afraid its straight up dead and there is nothing you can do to revive it at this point.

There are other neat survival games out there maybe you just have to find something that fits your needs and scratches the itch.
I personally enjoyed Miscreated a decent bit.
