Reinstall your Game via Launcher completely
Be Sure you have all your Drives updated.
If you have crashes while you Driving a Car is normal there are still in Alpha and we are already working on it.

Disable UAC
Disable Antivirus or add the sg.exe to the Whitelist or "click ignore"
Disable Firewall
Try to Delete launcher and download it new!

Disable AntiVirus/Firewall
Update your Drivers
Download again the game but via launcher! but before you download be sure you disabled UAC
