First time i go into cali today,But i notice there are absolutely no spawns in town..only item boxes in stadium and its literally impossible to get to the item boxes because of all the super zombies.

How come no item boxes spawn in the towns?

In the town there is a street where 15-20 Item boxes spawn. 

And there is normal loot too. So open your eyes if you are looting

I'm wondering,If they had not spawned yet..because the server was empty when i had joined and remained empty until i logged out,So im guessing the server probably went into hibernation?

The Cali loot spawns arent perfect but there are some good places to loot

Yeah i just gone back onto cali server (was empty)..so i left my char standing in place for a while..done some stuff then come back and started looting and stuff had spawned,Ive found some nice stuff already.

 

Heres what i found in one run of about 20-30 mins.

• Personal Locker (I never found one of these spawn ever in real ISS)
• Sig Sauer 556
• Custom Guerrilla
• NVG Goggles
• SVD Ammo
• M4 Semi
• Tac Knife.
• Few assorted Meds

Not bad at all.
