I was selling a mauser desert in trade safe zone and was thrown out. as i tried to reconnect my account i found i was banned. i don't understand why.

No, u need to wait till the 72 hours are over.

unban the guy. since when spam in game chat is 72h ban..

PS: I don't even now who Silva is so I'm not defending a friend
