M1 ABRAMs was standing for around 25 min in sanctuary trying to sell "imi tar impulse" but when you trade him and show 5000 which is underpriced he puts a imi tar boom. I guess this is atempt of scam.

Yes he's selling a Tar Impulse but he put a boom in the trade window I don't understand how thats scamming... Just saying hes not scamming if you can read.
