Some people already create some topic about that but I want to go more deeper.
What hardened should do in Heal points (HP)?
Bambi: 100 HP
Char: 100 + alive and well (25HP) = 125 HP
Char 2: 125 + alive and well 2 (25HP) = 150 HP
Char full skill: 150 + Hardened (30 HP) = 180 HP < this should be the max of HP of one full skill char.
THE HEADSHOOT (HS)

For me a HS should do a triple of damage, for exemple a blaser headshoot = 125x3= 375 damage points (DP)
THE ARMOR
I think the effect of armor is in %, for example a k-style have 45 DP, so if you have one and someone shoot you in head with a blaser:
375x(1-0.45)= 206 DP, in other words all char die with one hs from blaser (180-206)!!!!
For a SVD who does 80 DP, a head shoot should do a 80DPx3= 240 DP
240x(1-0.45)= 132 DP, so your char don't die (unless you don't have alive and well 2 or hardened)
> A chest shoot using a blaser in a full skill tree char and with heavy armor: 125x(1-0.4)= 75 DP or char stay with: 180-75=105 HP

Arms and legs i don't know how it works the system of damage but should be the reverse of headshoot, not the triple ofc but like less 10%.
