Added Cliffside again without the Millitary Island.

Added on Colorado Clearview/Smallville/Campos more Millitary Loot. 

removed the Cars on Colorado because to keep the PvP balance.

Added on Colorado Hospitals more Medic.

 

Loot in Clearview now : 

that´s not all around the tank spawns more and we added on Police Station more loot too!

that's the reason why public colorado should be different from private! Or else this is for nothing if people can play in with this loot in private
