Even though this is old, Stargate75, I can't help but ask if you even read my post... He lives over an hour away, and uses his own computer, which I assure you was never used to make an account, and after fixing his pc up a bit it worked, so please actually read something before you post. And same goes for you meww...

When you use a vpn turn it off

or use tmac and change your mac adress for short time and you can create a new account

Ok cool, thanks, but neither he or I uses a VPN, and thanks for the mac thing, eventually he was able to make an account though, either way, thanks for the help guys.
